At Strands & Fireflies, we know how exciting it is to receive your new piece, and we work carefully to ensure every order arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

Most in-stock pieces ship within 2–5 business days via FedEx and are fully insured during transit.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that processing times may vary during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.

No hidden fees or unexpected charges at checkout.

Please note:

  • International duties, customs fees, and taxes may apply depending on your country

  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer

We Ship Internationally!

We proudly ship worldwide, however, we currently do not ship to Italy.

If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

We’re happy to accommodate special shipping requests whenever possible.

Please email us before placing your order if you would like:

  • A temporary shipping hold

  • Discreet packaging

While we do our best to honor all requests, changes made after purchase cannot be guaranteed.

If your package is Delayed or Lost

We will always assist you with:

  • Tracking updates

  • Delivery issues

  • Filing carrier claims when necessary

However, once your order has shipped, it is in the care of FedEx.

To avoid shipping delays or cancellations, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

For security reasons, orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be canceled rather than modified.

Unfortunately, we can’t Ship to PO Boxes or Hotels

FedEx is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

To help prevent delivery complications or lost packages, we also do not ship to:

  • Hotels

  • Temporary accommodations

  • Shared business addresses

We recommend shipping to a secure residential address whenever possible.

Signature Confirmation & Delivery Responsibility

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Strands & Fireflies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen or misplaced after delivery, we recommend contacting FedEx directly and filing a claim immediately.

Return & Refund Policy

At Strands & Fireflies, we want you to feel confident and beautiful with every piece you receive. Because wigs are personal items, we kindly ask that you review our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Return Window

You have 5 days from the delivery date (Day 1= date delivered) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn beyond try-on

  • Lace uncut

  • Hair unaltered

  • Free of odors, products, or styling

  • Returned in original packaging

  • With all included accessories, tags, and gifts

💳 Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Issued in USD

  • Subject to a 15% restocking fee

  • Processed within approximately 7–10 business days after the return is approved

We recommend store credit for the quickest and most flexible shopping experience.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

  • Returns shipped after the 5-day window will not be accepted

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

International Returns

International orders follow the same 5-day return window.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Hair care products

  • Wig grips

  • Wig caps

  • Accessories

  • Customized or altered wigs

  • Clearance or discounted items

Cutting, Styling, & Alterations Policy

We encourage you to carefully try on your piece to ensure the fit and color are right for you.

However, returns are accepted only if the wig remains:

  • Uncut

  • Unstyled

  • Unaltered

  • Unworn beyond try-on

Once the lace has been cut, the hair has been trimmed, colored, toned, thinned, styled, or products have been applied, the item becomes final sale for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.
